For several years I 've been here . The here is the city of Dortmund. Only now I wake up in this city. A city like no other been home very long . Granted with much distance at first. Dortmund opened up to me only at second view.

The atmosphere in Bretz Store inspires me. I was so busy painting that I completely forgot the chalk and charcoal. Now, it is good to sit down with the sketchbook and to discover.There are people inside and look around. I see it. I see how they move. I can see how they can take their body to measure the cushions.
